Description
The CR12 Center Driveshaft Set provides replacement center drive shafts for the Team Associated CR12 rock crawler, also compatible with the MT12 Monster Truck and MT12 Monster Van. These shafts connect the front and rear axles to the central transmission, transmitting power to both differentials so the crawler maintains four-wheel drive traction over rocks, roots, and loose terrain. Constructed with durable, precision-fit driveshaft components, the set is engineered to handle the twisting loads and articulation that come from a solid-axle crawler flexing through deep suspension travel, resisting binding, slop, and premature wear at the joints. Fresh driveshafts eliminate the clunking, vibration, or intermittent power loss that can develop as original shafts wear, bend, or develop excess play at their couplers. This set is a direct replacement for worn or damaged factory center driveshafts, restoring full four-wheel-drive performance without needing to source individual worn components separately. Keeping the center driveshafts in good working order is important for consistent torque delivery to all four corners, smoother articulation on technical obstacles, and overall drivetrain reliability during long crawling sessions or competition runs.
