Description
These shock shafts are direct-fit replacements for the oil-filled shocks used on Team Associated's CR12 scale crawler platform. They fit the shock assemblies found on CR12, Enduro12 Trail Truck, MT12 Monster Truck, and MT12 Monster Van vehicles, all of which share the same shock design across their front and rear suspension. Each shaft is precision ground from hardened steel and polished smooth to reduce friction against the shock seals, helping the damper deliver consistent, predictable compression and rebound over long crawling sessions. A straight, true shaft is essential to smooth shock action, since a bent or worn shaft can bind against the seal and cause the suspension to stick or leak oil, which is especially disruptive on slow, technical rock crawling lines where suspension feel matters most. This part is intended as a direct replacement for a damaged or worn factory shaft, matching original specifications to restore proper suspension travel rather than altering the vehicle's damping characteristics. Shafts are included in the quantity needed to rebuild the vehicle's shock absorbers.
