Description
This is a pair of front CVA (constant-velocity axle) driveshafts for the Team Associated CR12 rock crawler, also fitting the MT12 Monster Truck and Monster Van platforms. The CVA driveshafts connect the front differential to the steering knuckles, transferring power to the front wheels while allowing for the steering angle and suspension articulation needed on technical terrain. Built with a constant-velocity joint design, they maintain smooth, consistent power delivery through a full range of steering and suspension motion, avoiding the binding and vibration that can develop from a worn or damaged driveshaft. The hardened construction is designed to withstand the torque and impact loads of rock crawling and off-road driving better than an aging shaft nearing the end of its service life. Installing fresh CVA driveshafts restores smooth front-wheel power delivery and eliminates play or clicking that can develop as joints wear. This is a direct factory replacement for the original equipment front driveshafts, intended to repair a worn or damaged set rather than to change the vehicle's performance.
