Description
The Team Associated ASC3886 CVD stub axles are the outer half of the constant velocity driveshaft assembly, the short shafts that pass through the wheel hub bearings and transmit power from the CVD bone out to the wheel. They take the full torque of the drivetrain plus every steering and suspension load, so worn or twisted stub axles show up as drivetrain slop, vibration, and inconsistent power delivery.
This set includes the hardware needed to fit them, so the CVD assemblies can be rebuilt without hunting through the pit box for loose pins and screws.
Fitment covers the Team Associated TC3, NTC3, and TC4 touring car platforms. They install as direct replacements for the stub axles originally supplied with those CVD assemblies and use your existing bones, hubs, and bearings, so no modification is needed. Replacing tired stub axles restores a tight, quiet driveline and protects the rest of the CVD from accelerated wear. Keep a set on hand for driveline rebuilds between race weekends.
