This complete shock set supplies the full damper package for your Team Associated RC10TC8. The shocks control how quickly weight transfers as you brake, turn, and accelerate, making them the single most influential group of components on how a touring car feels and how much grip it generates through a corner.
Building a second full set is standard practice among serious racers. It lets you arrive at the track with alternate oil weights, pistons, or spring rates already assembled and bled, so a setup change between qualifiers takes a couple of minutes with a hex driver instead of a full teardown and rebuild on the pit table under time pressure.
It also serves as a complete refresh for a car whose shocks have accumulated a season of wear, replacing bodies, shafts, and seals that have gone past their best all at once rather than chasing leaks piece by piece. Fits the TC8 Graphite-Spec chassis, installing on the stock shock mounting locations as a direct replacement for the kit shocks.
