Description
These shock bladders seal the top of the shock bodies on your Team Associated RC10TC8 and give the oil somewhere to go as the shaft enters the body. Without a working bladder, an emulsion-free shock would hydraulic lock and the suspension would pack up, so this small flexible cup is what makes consistent damping possible.
Bladders are a maintenance item. Repeated compression cycles, heat, and long-term contact with shock oil cause them to stiffen, stretch, or develop pinholes, and once that happens the shock loses its rebound consistency and starts weeping oil past the cap. Fresh bladders in all four shocks are one of the cheapest ways to get the car feeling equal side to side again.
Fits the TC8 Graphite-Spec and TC8 Steel-Spec chassis as a direct replacement for the stock bladders, installing under your existing shock caps with no other parts needed. Worth replacing as a full set whenever you rebuild the shocks so every corner behaves the same.
