Description
This 38-tooth differential case is the housing at the heart of the gear differential on your Team Associated RC10TC8. It holds the internal gears and diff fluid while its 38-tooth pulley drives the belt that transfers power through the drivetrain, so it has to stay sealed and true under full throttle loads.
Over time a diff case wears at the sealing surfaces and the pulley teeth, which leads to leaking fluid and inconsistent diff action. A leaking differential is one of the most common causes of a touring car that suddenly loses corner exit traction or feels unpredictable from run to run, so a fresh case restores proper fluid retention and clean belt engagement.
Fits the TC8 Graphite-Spec and TC8 Steel-Spec chassis and installs as a direct replacement using your existing diff internals and outdrives. Building a second complete differential around a spare case is also a fast way to change diff fluid weights at the track without a full rebuild between rounds.
