Description
This front bumper and body post set restores the impact protection and body mounting hardware on the front end of your Team Associated RC10TC8. The bumper absorbs and spreads the energy of head-on hits before it reaches the front bulkhead, suspension arms, and chassis plate, while the body posts locate the shell at the correct ride height and keep it from shifting during a run.
Both parts live in the most exposed area of a touring car, so they take the brunt of contact with boards, pipes, and other cars. Bumpers deform and body posts bend or snap over a season of racing, and a bent post lets the body sit crooked, which upsets airflow and can rub the front tires. Swapping in fresh components brings the front end back to its designed geometry.
Fits the TC8 Graphite-Spec and TC8 Steel-Spec chassis as a direct replacement, using the stock mounting locations and hardware. Keeping a spare set in the pit box means a hard crash costs you a few minutes instead of a race day.
