Description
The Team Associated ASC32056 LP Progressive Springs are 14.1-16.5 Lb/In low-profile shock springs for the RC10TC8 touring car. A progressive spring gets stiffer as it compresses, so the car stays compliant over small inputs for grip while firming up under heavier loads to control roll and resist bottoming out.
These are L17 length with 4.5 coils and 1.3mm wire diameter, fitting the TC8 Graphite-Spec and TC8 Steel-Spec platforms. The dual-rate behaviour makes them a useful option on tracks with bumps, jumps, or varying grip, where a single linear rate forces you to compromise between initial compliance and end-of-travel control.
They fit the stock TC8 shocks with no modification, so trying them against your current linear springs takes only a few minutes on the bench. Add a progressive set to your spring collection and you gain a genuinely different tuning direction rather than simply another step up or down in rate.
