Description
The Team Associated ASC32041 HD Ballstuds are heavy-duty 4mm short ballstuds used throughout the suspension and steering linkage. Ballstuds provide the pivot point that turnbuckle ends snap onto, setting camber link and steering link geometry and carrying the loads those links transmit during hard cornering.
These fit the TC8 Graphite-Spec and TC8 Steel-Spec chassis as well as the RC10 Factory Team Blue. The heavy-duty construction is aimed at resisting the bending and thread damage that standard ballstuds can suffer in a hard impact, which is exactly when you least want to be replacing linkage hardware.
The short 4mm length sets a specific link height, so match the length to the setup your car calls for. These are a direct replacement for the ballstuds supplied with these kits and thread into the stock locations with no modification. Keep a set in the pit box, because a bent ballstud after a crash can otherwise end a race day that was going well.
