Description
The Team Associated ASC32018 RC10TC8 Steering Block Ballstud Mounts locate the outer camber link ballstuds on the steering blocks of your RC10TC8 touring car. Where these ballstuds sit determines the outer end of the camber link, which sets camber gain through suspension travel and has a direct effect on how much steering the car gives you at turn-in and how it holds mid-corner.
These mounts are direct replacements for the ones supplied in the RC10TC8 kit and fit both the TC8 Graphite-Spec and TC8 Steel-Spec chassis. Being right at the front corner of the car, they are among the first things to take a hit in a crash, and even a slightly deformed mount will put one side of the car out of alignment with the other.
Fit fresh mounts to restore symmetric geometry, then re-check camber and toe against your setup sheet. Use the alternate positions in the RC10TC8 manual to tune front grip for the track surface you are running.
