Description
The Team Associated ASC32003 RC10TC8 Bulkhead is the drivetrain housing that carries the differential or spool assembly at one end of the RC10TC8 chassis. It holds the drive bearings in alignment and ties the chassis plate, arm mounts, and shock tower together into a single rigid structure at that end of the car.
Accurate bulkhead machining keeps the diff axle square to the chassis, which stops the drive belt from tracking sideways and prevents the bearings from loading unevenly. That alignment is what keeps the drivetrain spinning freely, extends bearing and belt life, and helps the car feel consistent from the first lap of a run to the last.
Bulkheads sit directly in the impact path during side and end on crashes and are commonly cracked or tweaked in a heavy hit, so a spare is worth keeping in the pit box. This part fits the TC8 Graphite-Spec and TC8 Steel-Spec cars and installs using the factory drivetrain components and hardware.
