Description
The Team Associated ASC31938 wheel hex and caliper set transfers drive from the axles to the wheels while adding the scale brake caliper detail that gives the semitruck its realistic look. The hexes lock the wheels to the axles so torque passes cleanly to the tires with no slip.
This set is a direct replacement for the RC10 American Custom Semitruck and installs in the factory locations with the stock pins and wheel nuts. Wheel hexes wear over time as drive pins work against them, and a rounded hex allows the wheel to move independently of the axle, which feels like drivetrain slop and eventually strips the part completely.
Fresh hexes restore a solid, positive connection at all six wheels and keep wheel nuts torqued where you set them. The included calipers replace units cracked in a rollover and finish the scale appearance of the rig. Keep a spare set on the shelf so worn hardware never keeps your truck parked.
