Description
The Team Associated ASC31864 Apex 2 Shock Components package brings together the shock hardware needed to build or rebuild your dampers. Shocks control how weight transfers under braking, cornering, and acceleration, so the condition of their internals has a direct effect on how much grip the car finds and how consistent it feels from the first lap to the last.
These components are direct replacements for the factory parts and assemble into the stock shock bodies using the original layout, so there is no modification or custom fitting involved. Fitment covers the Apex2, Apex2 Sport, Apex2 Sport A550, Apex2 Sport ST550, Apex2 Sport Nissan Z, and Apex2 Hoonigan.
Damaged or worn shock parts cause leaking, inconsistent damping, and unpredictable handling that no amount of setup work will fix. Keeping this set on the bench lets you service all four corners properly during a normal maintenance cycle instead of chasing handling problems at the track.
