Description
This steering rack and bellcrank set replaces the core steering components on the Team Associated Apex2. The bellcrank converts your servo's output into equal left and right movement, and the rack ties the two sides together so both front wheels turn in a controlled, predictable relationship.
Steering parts absorb every curb strike and wall impact the front end takes. Worn pivots and elongated holes introduce slop that you feel as a dead spot at center, wandering under power, and steering that no longer returns to the same place twice. A cracked bellcrank can bind or fail outright and take the front end out of your control entirely.
Fitment covers the Apex2, Apex2 Sport, Apex2 Sport A550, Apex2 Sport ST550, Apex2 Sport Nissan Z, and Apex2 Hoonigan. This is a direct replacement for the factory steering assembly and installs with the existing posts, links, and hardware, restoring precise, tight steering feel without any modification.
