Description
The gear diff pulley is what the drive belt engages to turn the differential, so it is directly responsible for transferring power from the center of the drivetrain to the axle. Worn or chipped pulley teeth cause the belt to skip under load and accelerate belt wear, which costs you both drive efficiency and consistency over a run.
This set is a direct replacement for the Team Associated TC7.2 gear differential pulley and includes one 40T gear diff pulley and one 40T gear diff pulley flange. It fits the standard gear diff case and works with the stock belt, so installation is part of a normal diff service with nothing else to change.
If you are rebuilding a differential, inspecting the pulley teeth and flange is worth the extra minute, since a damaged pulley will chew through a new belt quickly. Fresh components here restore clean belt engagement, quiet running, and the direct throttle response the TC7.2 drivetrain is capable of delivering.
