Description
The front shock tower carries the upper shock mounts and camber link positions, making it one of the most important tuning components on the car. Every shock angle and camber link option you use to dial in front grip depends on this part being straight and undamaged.
This tower is a direct replacement for the front shock tower on the Team Associated TC7.2 touring car. It bolts to the standard front bulkhead mounting points with the original hardware and provides the same shock and link mounting holes as the kit part, so your existing setup sheet still applies after installation.
Carbon fiber construction keeps the tower light and extremely rigid, so shock loads go into the dampers instead of flexing the mount and blurring your setup. Shock towers absorb a lot of crash energy, especially in a front-end impact, so many drivers keep a spare on hand. Replacing a cracked tower restores accurate front geometry and the sharp, consistent steering the TC7.2 platform delivers.
