Description
The chassis is the foundation of the whole car, setting the mounting locations for the drivetrain, suspension, electronics, and battery, and controlling how much the platform flexes as it loads up in a corner. A chassis that has been cracked or worn thin from track contact changes the car's flex characteristics and makes setup changes hard to feel.
This is a direct replacement chassis for the Team Associated TC7.2 touring car, made from carbon fiber with all the mounting holes and countersinks in the factory locations. Every component from your existing car transfers straight across, so a rebuild is a matter of moving parts over rather than re-learning a setup.
Carbon fiber gives the stiffness-to-weight ratio that a competition touring car needs, keeping the car light while providing the torsional rigidity that makes suspension tuning predictable. Whether you are replacing a damaged chassis after a hard hit or building a second car to the same specification, this plate puts your TC7.2 back on the pace.
