Description
Shock eyelets thread onto the bottom of the shock shafts and provide the pivot point where the shock attaches to the suspension arm. They take a beating from every landing and every crash, and a bent or worn eyelet will bind on the arm, restricting shock movement and hurting the consistency of your damping.
This set is a direct replacement for the shock eyelets used on the Team Associated TC7.1 and TC7.2 touring cars. They thread onto the standard shock shafts and mount to the stock shock locations on the front and rear arms, so shock rebuilds and crash repairs go back together without any change to your ride height or droop settings.
Stainless steel construction resists the bending and thread damage that softer eyelets suffer over a season of running. Anyone who rebuilds shocks regularly should keep a set on the bench, since replacing a tired eyelet takes a couple of minutes and restores smooth, free shock action across the full stroke.
