Description
The front drive belt is the link between the center pulley and the front gear differential on your Team Associated touring car, transferring power to the front wheels every time you pull the trigger. A belt that has stretched, frayed, or picked up debris will cost you drive efficiency and can slip under load, so keeping a fresh spare in the pit box is basic race preparation.
This belt is a direct replacement for the original front belt fitted to the TC7, TC7.1, and TC7.2 chassis, so it drops into the existing pulley and belt tensioner layout with no modification and no extra hardware required.
Belts are a wear item on any touring car drivetrain. Inspect yours for glazing, missing teeth, or a loose fit at the tensioner, and swap it before it lets go mid-run. Fitting a new front belt restores crisp throttle response, consistent front-to-rear power delivery, and the smooth, predictable handling the TC7 platform is known for on high-grip carpet and asphalt.
