Description
These shock springs are replacement and tuning parts for the Team Associated Apex2 Rally Conversion. Springs carry the weight of the car and set ride height, while controlling how much the chassis rolls, pitches, and squats as you load the suspension through corners, over bumps, and on landings.
Springs are the most direct handling adjustment on the car. Because rally surfaces vary so widely from one run to the next, having fresh springs on hand lets you match the setup to the conditions rather than living with whatever happens to be fitted. Springs also fatigue with use; a set that has been cycled hard for a season will sag and soften, quietly dropping ride height and changing the balance you worked to dial in.
These fit the Apex2 Rally Conversion and install onto the existing shocks using the stock spring collars and retainers. Change them as a matched pair per axle so the car stays balanced side to side.
