Description
These 6.0 x 2.5 x 0.5mm aluminum washers are precision spacing hardware for Team Associated vehicles, supplied as a set of ten pieces. Washers in this size are used to shim suspension pivots, hinge pin locations, steering assemblies, and driveline components where a small, exact adjustment in position is needed.
Shim washers do a job out of proportion to their size. Fitting the right stack removes unwanted slop and end play, sets bearing preload correctly, and squares up components so nothing binds through its range of motion. Getting that spacing right is the difference between a car that feels precise and one that feels vague.
Machined from aluminum, these are lighter than steel equivalents and are a common choice where rotating or reciprocating mass matters. Having a full assortment of thicknesses on the workbench means you can dial in a setup change on the spot instead of improvising. This 0.5mm thickness is the finest increment in the range, ideal for fine-tuning an existing shim stack.
