This aluminum washer set from Team Associated measures 7.8x3.5x0.5mm, the thinnest option in the series, used for fine shimming at bulkhead, hinge pin brace, and shock mount locations. Machined to a precise thickness, it lets builders make small adjustments to hinge pin brace clearance or ride height without swapping larger suspension components. Fitment spans the RC10 Classic and Graphite buggies, RC10B6 and RC10B7 buggy lines, RC10T stadium trucks, SC10 short course trucks, RC8B4 and RC8T4 platforms, Pro SC10 and ProSC 4x4 short course trucks, TC7 touring cars, Enduro trail trucks, and Trophy Rat. As a direct replacement for factory washers, this thin shim restores fine-tuning capability lost when a washer is misplaced during a rebuild, and the aluminum construction resists the crushing that thin plastic shims suffer under repeated clamping. Racers dialing in exact hinge pin brace angles or shock mount spacing keep a set of these on hand for quick, precise adjustments between runs.
