Description
The ESS-Dual+ is an electronic engine sound simulator system built to add realistic, scale-accurate combustion-engine audio to electric Team Associated vehicles, including the Reflex DB10 and Trophy Rat platforms. The system uses onboard speakers and a control unit wired into the receiver to generate throttle-responsive engine notes, idle, acceleration and deceleration sounds that sync with the vehicle's actual speed controller input, giving an electric-powered chassis the audio presence of a nitro or gas engine at the track or in the driveway. Dual speaker output delivers louder, fuller sound than single-speaker sound units, and the unit is built to survive the vibration, dust and impacts of off-road and short-course driving. This is an upgrade accessory rather than a replacement part — it is not required for the vehicle to run, but adds a realistic sensory layer for bashing, racing or filming. Installation ties into the existing electronics tray and receiver without permanent modification to the chassis. One ESS-Dual+ control unit with speakers and mounting hardware is included, ready to wire into a compatible Team Associated platform.
