This XP-R4 2.4GHz 4-channel receiver is a genuine Team Associated electronics component compatible with the CR12 crawler, MT12 monster truck, Pro2 SC10 and Pro4 SC10 short course trucks, ProSC10, and the Trophy Rat. It receives the 2.4GHz signal from an AE-compatible transmitter and translates it into commands for steering, throttle, and up to two additional auxiliary channels, giving drivers control over accessories like lighting or a two-speed transmission alongside standard steering and throttle. Built with a stable, interference-resistant 2.4GHz front end, it holds a locked connection through the RF noise typical of a crowded raceway or bash park far more reliably than an aging or damaged receiver. A failing receiver can cause glitching, delayed response, or a complete loss of control, so replacing it restores immediate, predictable response to every input from the transmitter. This is a direct replacement for the stock receiver used across these platforms, matching the same connector pinout and mounting footprint so it drops into the factory receiver box without rewiring. Four channels of control make it a versatile upgrade path as well for builders adding extra functions to a simpler two-channel setup.
