Description
This anti-roll bar set provides replacement sway bars for the Team Associated SR7 Hoonicorn 1:7 scale vehicle. An anti-roll bar links the left and right suspension arms so that body roll on one side is resisted by the other, controlling how much the chassis leans during cornering and how quickly weight transfers from one side of the car to the other.
Changing anti-roll bars is one of the most effective tuning adjustments available on a large scale on-road car. A stiffer bar reduces roll and increases responsiveness at that end of the car, while a softer bar allows more roll and more mechanical grip, letting you balance understeer and oversteer to suit the track surface and conditions.
These bars install using the stock mounts, ball links, and hardware as direct replacements for the original SR7 components. Bent or fatigued bars should be replaced so both ends of the car respond predictably. Fits the SR7 platform. See the SR7 manual for installation and tuning guidance.
