Description
The SR7 Body Post Mount Set contains the chassis-mounted brackets that carry the body posts on the Team Associated SR7. These mounts anchor the posts to the chassis and set their position and angle, which in turn determines how the body sits over the car and how securely it is held during a run.
This set is a direct replacement for the body post mounts supplied in the SR7 kit. The mounts install at the factory positions using the existing chassis hardware, so no modification or additional parts are needed to fit them.
Fits the Team Associated SR7 platform. Body post mounts take leverage loads every time the body is struck or the car rolls, and they are a common breakage point because the post acts as a long lever against the mount. Replacing cracked or loose mounts restores correct body positioning and keeps the shell from shifting on the chassis during driving.
