Description
The SR7 Lower Chassis Brace Set ties the lower portion of the Team Associated SR7 chassis together, adding rigidity to the platform and helping the chassis resist twisting loads during cornering and under impact. A properly braced chassis holds suspension geometry more consistently, which translates into steadier handling and more predictable behavior lap after lap.
These braces are direct replacements for the lower chassis brace components included in the SR7 kit. They mount in the factory positions using the existing hardware locations, so installation requires no modification of the chassis or any additional parts beyond what the vehicle already uses.
Fits the Team Associated SR7 platform. The lower braces sit at the most exposed area of the car and take the brunt of curb strikes and hard landings, so they are a common replacement item. Rebuilding with fresh braces removes any flex introduced by hairline cracks and returns the chassis to its intended stiffness and alignment.
