Description
The Rival MT8 rod ends are the pivoting link connections that join your suspension turnbuckles and steering links to the arms, hubs, and chassis on the Team Associated Rival MT8 monster truck. Each rod end threads onto a turnbuckle and captures a ball stud, letting the suspension cycle freely while holding your camber, toe, and steering geometry exactly where you set it.
Rod ends are a wear item on any big-bore monster truck. Hard landings, roll-overs, and general bashing gradually stretch the ball cup or crack the body, and a loose or split rod end shows up as vague steering, wandering camber, and inconsistent handling. Keeping a fresh set on the bench means you can swap out a worn link in minutes instead of ending a run early.
This is a direct replacement for the factory rod ends fitted to the Rival MT8, so it installs with no modification and no extra hardware. Simply thread the new rod end onto the existing turnbuckle, match your old link length, and snap it back onto the ball stud.
