Description
This hinge pin set fits the front and rear suspension arms on the Team Associated Rival MT8 and SR7 Hoonicorn monster trucks, supplying the steel pins that the suspension arms pivot on as the truck's suspension moves through its travel. Machined from hardened steel sized to the stock bulkhead and arm bore, these pins are built to resist bending and wear under the repeated hard landings and heavy loading these large bashing trucks experience. Hinge pins take direct impact loads every time the truck lands, and over time they can bend, gall, or wear an oversized bore into the suspension arms, resulting in loose, sloppy suspension movement and inconsistent handling. Replacing worn or bent pins restores tight, precise suspension pivot points, keeping the arms moving smoothly through their intended travel and preserving accurate geometry. This is a direct factory replacement set matched to the stock Rival MT8 bulkhead and arm dimensions, not an upgraded part, and it installs using the existing bulkheads, arms, and hinge pin braces already on the truck.
