Description
The Team Associated ASC25935 center brace set stiffens and ties together the center section of the Rival MT8 chassis, linking the front and rear of the truck and helping the whole platform resist twisting under load. Chassis braces have a real effect on how a large monster truck behaves, because a flexing chassis makes suspension settings inconsistent from one corner to the next.
These braces sit in an exposed spot and take direct hits from landings and rollovers. A cracked brace lets the chassis move in ways it was never meant to, and that shows up as unpredictable handling and extra stress on the bulkheads and mounts around it.
This set is a direct replacement for the braces originally fitted to the Rival MT8, using the stock mounting holes and hardware so installation needs no modification. Fitment is specific to the Rival MT8 platform. Fitting fresh braces restores the factory rigidity of the chassis and keeps your suspension setup doing what you expect.
