Description
The Team Associated ASC25931 CVA set supplies constant velocity axles for the Rival MT8, the driveshafts that transmit power from the differential outdrives to the wheel hubs while the suspension moves through its travel. A CVA design keeps drive smooth through steering and suspension angles, which is what lets the truck put power down cleanly even when the arms are working hard.
Driveshafts are high stress parts. Landings, wheel speed changes, and hard impacts all load them, and a twisted or worn axle causes vibration, binding, and unpredictable power delivery before it eventually fails outright.
This set is a direct replacement for the CVAs originally supplied on the Rival MT8, fitting the stock outdrives, pins, and hubs with no modification required. Fitment is specific to the Rival MT8 platform. Replacing the axles as a set keeps drivetrain wear even across the truck and restores the smooth, consistent drive the MT8 had when new. Keep a spare set with your MT8 spares.
