Description
The Team Associated ASC25928 arm mounts locate the suspension arms on the Rival MT8, holding the inner hinge pins and setting the pivot points the arms swing on. Because they anchor the suspension to the chassis and bulkheads, these mounts carry every impact load the arms feed into the truck, from hard landings to full speed contact with obstacles.
Once a mount cracks or the pin bores wear oval, the arm gains play it should not have. That slop shows up as vague handling, changing camber and toe under load, and it accelerates wear on the hinge pins and arms themselves.
These mounts are a direct replacement for the parts originally fitted to the Rival MT8, dropping into the stock locations with the stock screws and hinge pins, so no modification is needed. Fitment is specific to the Rival MT8 platform. Fitting fresh mounts restores the factory suspension geometry and tightens up a truck that has started to feel loose.
