Description
The Team Associated ASC25905 battery box and ESC tray is the direct replacement electronics mounting assembly for the RIVAL MT8 monster truck. It holds the battery pack and provides the mounting platform for the speed control, keeping both components located on the chassis and shielded from dirt, water spray and impact damage.
The box has inside dimensions of 151mm maximum length, 146mm minimum length and 48mm width, and it uses hook-and-loop battery straps to lock the pack down so it cannot shift under hard acceleration, braking or a heavy landing. A battery that moves around changes the truck's weight balance mid-corner and puts strain on the wiring and connectors.
Battery boxes crack at the mounting tabs and strap slots after enough hard landings, and a broken tray leaves your most expensive electronics loose in the chassis. This is a direct factory replacement that installs at the original mounting points with your existing hardware, no modification required. Fits the RIVAL MT8. Genuine Team Associated replacement part.
