Description
Shock towers mount to the chassis and gearboxes and provide the upper mounting points for the shocks on the Team Associated Rival MT10 Classic. The hole positions you choose on the tower set the shock angle and leverage ratio, which is one of the primary ways the suspension behavior is tuned.
Towers absorb enormous loads during hard landings and are a common casualty of nose-in crashes. A cracked or bent tower changes the shock geometry, so the suspension no longer works as designed and the truck reacts differently from one side to the other, making it feel unbalanced through corners and over jumps.
This factory replacement set restores the original mounting geometry and gets the suspension working symmetrically again. The towers are direct replacements for the stock Rival MT10 Classic units and use the existing shocks, screws, and body mount hardware, so a swap needs no modification. Keeping a spare set in the pit box means one bad landing does not cost you the rest of the day.
