Description
The Team Associated ASC25838 is an unpainted replacement body shell for the RIVAL MT10, supplied as a complete kit so nothing else is needed to finish the job. The package includes one body, a decal sheet, a window mask, and four body clips, meaning you can paint, trim, decal, and mount the shell in a single sitting.
Supplying the shell unpainted lets you lay down whatever scheme you like, and the included window mask takes the guesswork out of getting clean glass lines. Associated Electrics also provides a video tutorial covering how to paint shells of this type, which is worth watching before your first attempt.
The body is a direct replacement for the factory shell and fits both the RIVAL MT10 and the RIVAL MT10 Brushed, mounting on the stock body posts with the supplied clips and requiring no modification. Beyond looks, a sound shell keeps debris out of the electronics and takes the impact in a rollover, so replacing a cracked one is genuine maintenance.
