Description
The Team Associated ASC21913 aluminum steering plate is a machined upgrade for the steering assembly on the Reflex 14 Classic. The plate ties the steering components together and holds the bellcrank posts in correct alignment, so it directly controls how much of your servo movement reaches the front wheels and how much is lost to flex.
A standard plate can deflect under the loads generated when the front tires bite hard in a corner, which softens steering response and makes the car feel slower to react than it actually is. Switching to a machined aluminum plate removes that flex and gives you crisper, more immediate turn-in with better feel through the middle of a corner.
This part fits the Reflex14B Classic and installs in place of the factory steering plate using the stock hardware and bellcrank components, requiring no modification. It is a quick, inexpensive upgrade that makes a noticeable difference in how connected the car feels, and it holds up far better than the standard part in a hard crash.
