Description
The Team Associated ASC21911 set provides machined aluminum shock caps and spring collars for the 10mm shocks on the Reflex 14 Classic. The caps seal the top of each shock body and take the load of the upper shock mount, while the threaded collars set spring preload, which is how you dial in ride height and initial suspension stiffness at each corner.
Aluminum caps and collars are an upgrade over standard components because they hold thread form under repeated adjustment and resist the cracking and stripping that plastic parts eventually suffer. Collars that thread smoothly and stay put also make preload changes repeatable, so the ride height you set is the ride height you keep through a run.
This set fits the Reflex14B Classic and installs on the stock 10mm shock bodies with the factory shock hardware, requiring no modification. Upgrading all four shocks at once gives you consistent adjustment feel across the car and a tougher top end on every damper.
