Description
This is the Team Associated ASC21666 M2 BHCS Hardware Set, containing 30 pieces of M2 button head cap screws. Button head cap screws use a low, rounded head that sits close to the surface of the part being fastened, making them the right choice for locations where clearance is tight or where a flat mating surface is needed against suspension arms, bulkheads, and body mounts.
This hardware set is designed for the RC28 Team Kit. The screws match the sizes and thread pitch used throughout the chassis, so they serve as direct replacements for the button head screws supplied with the kit and require no modification to install into the existing threaded holes.
Screws are consumable items on a race chassis. Heads round out from repeated driver use, threads strip after many rebuilds, and small fasteners disappear into carpet and grass during trackside repairs. The 30-piece assortment gives you a supply of fresh hardware so a stripped screw never ends a run early, and keeps a full set of clean fasteners ready for your next complete chassis rebuild.
