Description
These 3.5mm ballstuds with M2x4mm threads are hardware components used in the linkages of the RC28R 1/28 scale pan car. Ballstuds thread into suspension and steering components and provide the spherical surface that turnbuckle ball ends and link cups snap onto, forming the pivoting joints that let links move as the suspension and steering operate.
Because every link joint depends on a ballstud, their condition affects how smoothly the linkage moves. Ballstuds wear at the ball surface over time, which introduces play in the joint, and they can bend or shear in an impact. The threaded shank means a damaged stud can be replaced without disturbing the surrounding parts.
This package contains five ballstuds. They are direct replacements for the ballstuds used in the RC28 Team Kit and thread into the existing tapped locations. Fits the RC28 Team Kit. Refer to the kit manual for the correct ballstud locations and installation depth.
