Description
The RC28R Pivot Block Set provides the pivot blocks used in the front suspension of the RC28R 1/28 scale pan car. The pivot blocks mount to the chassis and hold the inner ends of the front arms, establishing the suspension pickup points and the arm sweep that define front end geometry.
Because these blocks anchor the arms directly to the chassis, they carry every load the front suspension sees, from steady cornering to hard impacts with barriers and other cars. Worn or damaged pivot blocks allow unwanted play in the arms, which shows up as inconsistent steering feel and unpredictable turn-in.
This set is a direct replacement for the pivot blocks supplied in the RC28 Team Kit and mounts using the original screws and arm hardware. Fits the RC28 Team Kit. Refer to the kit manual for correct block placement and orientation, as position determines the resulting suspension geometry.
