Description
The ASC21570 Reflex 14R Chassis is the main chassis plate for Team Associated's 1/14-scale platforms, fitting the Reflex 14R, Reflex 14R Hoonitruck, and Reflex 14MT Monster Truck. It is the foundation every other component on the car mounts to.
The chassis carries the drivetrain, suspension, electronics, and body mounts, and it absorbs the impact from every landing and collision. Over time it wears through on the underside from scraping, and a hard enough hit can crack or bend it. A tweaked chassis is one of the most frustrating problems to chase, because it throws the corner weights off and makes the car handle differently turning one direction than the other, no matter how carefully the rest of the setup is dialed in.
This is a direct replacement for the original part, using the factory mounting holes so all existing components transfer straight across during the rebuild. Replacing a worn or damaged chassis restores the geometry and handling balance the car was built with.
