The Team Associated ASC21506 servo saver spring sets the preload in your Reflex servo saver, controlling how much force it takes before the steering assembly gives way. That single adjustment protects the servo gears from impact damage while still passing enough steering force to the wheels for precise control.
A spring that has taken a season of hard hits gradually loses tension, and the symptom is steering that feels soft or wanders under load as the saver flexes when it should be holding firm. Fitting a fresh spring restores the intended preload and brings back sharp, direct steering response.
This spring fits the Reflex 14B, Reflex 14T, Reflex 14R, Reflex 14R Hoonitruck, Reflex 14B Ongaro, and Reflex 14B Buggy as a direct replacement, installing in the stock servo saver assembly with no modification. It is an inexpensive part that has a real effect on how the car steers, so it is worth keeping a spare in the pit box and replacing it whenever the steering starts feeling vague.
