Description
This set combines the front bumper and body mounts for the Team Associated TC28. The bumper is the car's first line of defense, absorbing and spreading the energy of a head-on impact so it does not reach the chassis, steering blocks and front suspension behind it. The body mounts hold the shell in position and set body height and fore-aft placement.
Both parts are sacrificial by design. A bumper that has taken repeated hits goes soft or splits, and a cracked body mount lets the shell shift around under aerodynamic load, which changes how the car turns at speed and can leave the body flapping loose. Replacing them restores the protection and the body fit the car was designed with.
This set is specific to the TC28 platform and installs as a direct replacement for the original parts, using your existing hardware and mounting points with no modification required. A spare set in the pit box turns a heavy front end crash into a short bench repair rather than an early exit.
