Description
This wheel set provides a complete set of replacement wheels for the Team Associated TC28. The wheels mount your tires and transfer every bit of steering, braking and acceleration load from the drivetrain into the contact patch, so their trueness directly affects how the car tracks and how evenly the tires wear.
Wheels take damage from curbing, board contact and car to car impacts. A cracked rim or one that no longer runs true introduces a wobble that scrubs speed, wears the tire unevenly and can eventually let the tire separate from the wheel at speed. Fresh wheels are also the simplest way to run multiple tire compounds, since you can glue a set for each condition and swap them at the track in seconds.
These wheels are made specifically for the TC28 chassis and are direct replacements for the originals, mounting to your existing hexes and wheel nuts with no modification. Keep a spare set glued and ready in the pit box so a damaged wheel never costs you a run.
