Description
The Team Associated ASC21441 is a replacement short course body for the 1:28 scale SC28, finished in the licensed Fox Factory scheme. It fits the SC28, SC28 Fox, and SC28 General Tire trucks.
The body gives the SC28 its short course truck proportions, and it also shields the chassis, electronics, and battery underneath from dirt and from the impacts that come with crashes and rollovers. This shell arrives already finished, so it goes onto the truck with no painting, masking, or preparation needed beforehand.
Bodies are consumable parts on any off-road truck. They scuff from sliding across the ground, crack around the mounting post holes, and eventually wear through at the wheel arches, at which point they no longer protect what sits underneath. A fresh shell restores both the truck's appearance and its protection, and because this one mounts on the stock body posts as a direct replacement for the factory item, it is also an easy way to change the look of an SC28 you already own.
