Description
The Team Associated ASC21426 set contains front and rear wheels and tires for the 1:28 scale SC28 short course truck, supplied already mounted on the wheels and ready to bolt straight onto the truck. It fits the SC28, SC28 Fox, and SC28 General Tire trucks.
Because the tires arrive pre-mounted, there is no gluing, no waiting for adhesive to cure, and no chance of a badly seated bead, which is a common source of frustration when fitting small RC tires by hand. The set covers the correct front and rear combination for the SC28 rather than a single pair, so the whole truck can be refreshed in one go.
Tires are the truck's only contact with the ground and the fastest-wearing part on it. As the tread rounds off, cornering grip and forward bite fall away noticeably, and the truck starts to feel loose long before the tires look finished. Fitting a fresh set restores the handling the truck had when it was new.
