Description
This chassis assembly is a direct-fit replacement for Team Associated's compact 1/28 scale platform, arriving with the electronics already installed to shorten rebuild time after a hard crash or when converting between body styles. It forms the core structural plate that carries the drivetrain, suspension, and radio gear, and its mounting layout is shared across CR28, DR28, DR28 Lucas Oil, F28, HR28, MT28, RC28, RC28T, SC28, SC28 Fox, SC28 General Tire, and TR28 vehicles, all of which are built on the same 1/28 scale chassis architecture. The chassis is molded from a durable composite that resists flexing and cracking under repeated impacts while keeping overall vehicle weight low for sharp, responsive handling on tight indoor and outdoor courses. Because the electronics come pre-fitted, wiring and mounting work is reduced compared to sourcing and installing components separately, making this a convenient way to get a damaged truck back on the track quickly. This part is intended as a direct replacement for a worn or broken factory chassis rather than a performance upgrade. One complete chassis with electronics is included.
