Description
The Reflex 14B is Team Associated's 1:14 scale 4WD electric buggy, and it comes out of the box already assembled. A Reedy Power brushless speed control and brushless motor supply the power, a high-torque digital steering servo handles the front end, and a 2.4GHz radio system is installed, so setup time is minimal.
The 4WD drivetrain runs three sealed differentials, an aluminum steering rack, and a lightweight aluminum center driveshaft. Sealed diffs keep dirt and grit out of the gears, which matters on a buggy this size that spends its life on loose surfaces. The aluminum center shaft cuts rotating weight for quicker throttle response.
Adjustability is where the 14B separates itself from typical ready-to-run buggies. Turnbuckles, caster blocks, and rear hubs let you change camber, toe, and caster to suit the track you are on, whether that is a backyard loop or a proper off-road circuit. Add a battery pack and you have big-buggy performance in a small-scale package.
