The Team Associated RC10 '89 Stealth Car Masami Edition (#6043) is a faithful tribute to the prototype Masami Hirosaka drove to victory at the 1989 IFMAR 1:10 Off-Road World Championships in St. Ives, Australia. This limited-edition kit recreates the groundbreaking Stealth 3-gear transmission with integrated slipper clutch that replaced the standard six-gear setup, paired with a CNC-machined, laser-etched aluminum chassis and a carbon fiber top plate.
Hard-anodized shock bodies and caps, titanium turnbuckles, and universal driveshafts on ball bearings round out the drivetrain, while Stealth-specific wide front suspension arms and rear arm mounts replicate the original car's geometry. The kit includes 1989-style replica wheels, tires, shock towers, wing, and the full Masami world championship livery decal sheet, plus adjustable battery mounts for shorty or standard packs.
Built as a 1:10 scale electric 2WD buggy, it ships unassembled and runs on 6-cell NiMH or 2S LiPo power. A must-have collector's kit for anyone who followed Masami's legendary run through RC racing history.
